Job Overview: A highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourer to join our team. In this role, the primary objective will be to source and engage with potential candidates, including, but not limited to:  Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Hygienists, dental assistants, and dental office staff, to meet our staffing needs and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online research, networking, Job Boards, Dental Organizations, networking events, cold calling, and social media, to identify potential candidates within the orthodontic and pediatric dental field.  Proactively source and attract qualified candidates throughout the US for our affiliated locations currently in 9 states and DC.
  2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with D4C affiliated orthodontic and pediatric dental offices to understand their staffing needs and preferences. Act as the main point of contact between our organization and external resources.
  3. Screening and Qualifying: Screen potential candidates through phone, text and email communications to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions. Ensure that candidates meet the requirements and standards set by our organization.
  4. Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates effectively, providing them with information about job opportunities, benefits, and career advancement opportunities within our organization. Maintain regular communication to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.  Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
  5. Off-site Recruitment: attend on-campus recruiting activities, Job Fairs and Industry events/meetings as needed. Handle the shipping of materials to and from events as well as event set-up as needed.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, communications, and status updates in our recruitment database. Generate reports and metrics to track sourcing activities and measure effectiveness.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on sourcing progress.
  8. Coordinate Interviews: Work with the Talent Acquisition Partners to help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and prepared. Provide necessary logistical support to ensure a smooth interview process.
  9. Additinal Talent Acquisition duties as needed.

 

 Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting DENTAL ot HEALTHCARE professionals is REQUIRED.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with orthodontic and pediatric dental terminology, procedures, and industry trends is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
